SecondNature

SecondNature is an independent consultancy firm, specialised in initiating and assisting in large and complex change processes. SecondNature was established in 1996 and has already completed more than 500 assignments for over 200 organisations.

The majority of our clients are large (multi)national organisations. The last few years, SecondNature has also served more and more often the upper layer of the SME segment (organisations with a turnover between 50 and 250 million). SecondNature has various partnerships, including a NivRA accreditation. Several government institutions are also among our clients.

It is our mission to help organisations perform more consciously and sustainably enhance the welfare of all stakeholders. We help achieve our clients' objectives and increase the potential in the areas of awareness, knowledge, talent and collaboration to help boost and realise trust, morale and performance. For this, we create a movement which shows it can be done differently.

SecondNature only works with highly qualified professionals who have more than 15 years' work experience. Almost all of our professionals have extensive business experience at a senior level. This enables us to safeguard the alignment with the practice and to connect academic insights and models with modern pragmatism.
